The Hub Strength and Conditioning
A full strength and conditioning programme designed and delivered in levels to reflect the age and standard of the athlete.

It will include the following:

  • Warm Up
  • S & C Programme
  • Cool Down

The Hub strength and conditioning programme is designed to be completely used within the home environment. It incorporates every element of an excellently designed and structured programme, including upper and lower body, abdominals and core stability exercises.

There are many advantages of home environment training:

  • Cost saving, joining a gym or health club can be a very expensive exercise. Implementing The Hub S & C programme incurs no membership costs, instead only a small monthly subscription fee.
  • For many athletes, because of their sport specific training sessions often find it very difficult to implement S & C sessions.
