  • Glute Ham Raise – Single Leg (Raised on Box): Box/Raised Platform, 8 Reps Each Side

Block 2

  • Overhead Squat: Strength Band, 10 Reps
  • Single Leg Toe Touch: No Equipment, 5 Reps Each Side
  • Upright Row: Strength Band, 10 Reps
  • Front Plank Leg Lifts: No Equipment, 10 Reps
